Option One - Full Service
Kentuckiana Part Time is a full-service staffing agency. We match your opening with a qualified individual that fits the skills, goals, and schedule you need. Although we specialize in part-time arrangements, we also handle full-time positions. When you use our service, the employee is on the payroll of Kentuckiana Part Time, LLC but works on-site at your facility. This means you pay one invoice per month (two per month for full-time employees) rather than several payments to various agencies (in other words, we take care of withholding the employee's taxes, social security, and Medicare; and also cover unemployment and workers' compensation as applicable.) If desired, you may move the employee to your payroll at any time after they have completed a minimum of 240 hours of service to your organization. Option Two - Self Service
Kentuckiana Part Time has partnered with the leading online employment databases to assist you in your search to fill a part-time or full-time position. These databases provide you with excellent coverage and advertisement for your posting, as their listings are featured on major social and business networking websites in addition to being prominently displayed on our site.
